Our services include repair of refrigerators and washing machines.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Service bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or direct communication with our support team.

Customers must provide accurate contact details and a complete service address for timely service.

Same-day service is subject to technician availability and operational conditions.

3. Service Charges and Payments

After inspection, our technician will provide an estimated cost before starting the repair.

Charges may include visiting or inspection charges, labor charges, and spare parts cost if required.

Payment must be made after service completion via cash, UPI, or other accepted methods.

If a customer decides not to proceed after inspection, a standard visit charge may apply.

4. Warranty Policy

We provide a limited service warranty of up to 28 days on the specific repair work performed.

The warranty applies only to the same issue resolved during the service visit.

The warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues, physical or accidental damage, third-party repairs, or spare parts that carry their own manufacturer warranty.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

Last-minute cancellations or customer unavailability may result in a visit charge.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide a safe and accessible workspace for the technician, secure valuables and pets, and arrange entry permissions in advance for apartments or restricted areas.

7. Limitation of Liability

Home Service Center is not responsible for pre-existing defects, issues caused by improper use, delays due to external factors, or indirect losses such as inconvenience.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on home-service-center.in including text, logos, images, and design elements is the property of Home Service Center / Skyrow Solution. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Amendments
